Washable window paint?

I need to find some kind of window paint that can be painted on with a regular paint brush and washed off fairly easily with no left over residue about a month or so later. I've tried looking but everything I find comes with it's own felt like applicator. preferably something that comes in a regular sort of paint bottle but is safe for glass and can be completely removed without much difficulty. Thanks!!
