The cops took my ipod?

This is so making me mad so the other day they came over to my house (im fifteen by the way) because my bro called them and told them i had weed but i didn't.. They searched through m room but the only thing they found was two apple pipes with no residue. Then they found store ecurity tags which i picked up from the mall and brought home with me they saw my ipods and took them. Thinking that im stealing, they didnt even tell me they took it. And its been two weeks and they still havent given it back to me. (ugh) What should I do? Any advices?
