Any good home made cleaner?

i like to clean appliances with a cleaner that shines and cleans. i seem to like to wipe everything down..and like the smell of bleach..i need something i can use in every room ..also windows would be nice..ie glass. anything homemade that is the bomb!...i also noticed a grease type residue on the top of the kitchen cabinets from cooking..want to cut Thur the grease but save hand rubbed paint.
