Sediment in my urine?

So i found this bottle of urine under my bed from whenever, the bottle was clear, and the urine became cloudy near the bottom. When i poured it out it left a residue that resembled salt, or some crystal, there were also some smaller "crystals" that were brownish orange and shaped like a sunflower seed (without the shell). Anybody know what this is?
